"Located on busy Lygon Street this property is affected by traffic noise in the front section of the house - coincidently this is where the bedrooms are located. The property has an Easterly orientated rear with car access via a rear laneway. The dwelling has been renovated and features high ceilings, period features and benefits from a centrally located bathroom. Overall traffic noise will hold many back however this may present an opportunity for those who are struggling to get into the area."
