Guy 's Comments on 99 Kerferd Road, ALBERT PARK
"Only when you open the front door to this one of a pair brick Edwardian home do you realise what vast proportion this property offers. The floor plan is a flexibility with most rooms in the right position. Whilst the properties rear orientation is to the south the architect has provided for a design that incorporates many additional windows to improve light. What is particularly impressive is the frame-less opening glass wall that retracts to open the rear of the property to the court yard and garden beyond. Bedroom separation is good with all but the master bedroom on the first floor - to my way of thinking the master is a little dark which detracts some what from its appeal. Off street car parking is available via a rear right of way and with a clever perspex roller door light filters through into the court yard. Kerferd Road has some of the areas most impressive properties and this property is no exception, however a concern to buyers may be the traffic that Kerferd Road carries. The properties location is central to Victoria Avenue, Armstrong Street, Albert Park Lake, MSAC, the beach, South Melbourne Market and the CBD is easily accessible via the light rail in Canterbury Road."

Explanations & Disclaimers
Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
