With every conceivable luxury, this recently built family home offers excellent floorplan flexibility and good separation between the bedroom and living areas. The standout rooms for me were the large well-designed kitchen and the family room, which is surrounded by glass so parents can easily supervise children swimming and playing outside; the small deck and lack of a grassed area might however be a concern to some - especially those with younger children. The location of the home theatre room is awkward as it is a long way away from the main body of the home, but the large basement car park with its convenient turntable is a real bonus. Only meters from Chapel Street and Toorak Road, this is inner-city living at its best; although with limited on-street parking for visitors and the large flats opposite, it comes at a price.
