Comments on 9 Malvern Avenue GLEN IRIS

This is one of the better properties that have come up for sale this year in this area. The fundamentals of this updated 1930's brick home are good, with a generous land size, northern rear orientation and good position. The floor plan flows well and is very functional for a younger/growing family. The open plan link to outside is hard to fault and I like the way the centre of the house has been transformed into a study area. It also has good bedroom separation. The property sits on a nice street and is walking distance to the popular Ferndale Park. Some may find being so close to St. Cecilia's school a concern.
