Although this went better than some thought it would, an overall toughish day for Iain Carmichael and an even tougher day for many slightly surprised auctioneers across Melbourne who were performing to less enthusiastic bidders than a fortnight ago.

Street is a beautiful one in Balwyn's best area (effectively Canterbury). Tennis Court and Pool and Gardens are all first class. Hard to really find fault - This home is within the top 10% of grand homes that we see each year."
