"Timeless facade appeal here which is characteristic of a double-fronted Victorian cottage and the street itself is quite a good one - consists mainly all updated houses of similar vintage and size and there has been some recent strong sales. Position is quite convenient - close to Auburn and Glenferrie Road shops and Camberwell Junction. Rear orientation is ideal and the house layout is quite functional - not sure about the central internal courtyard to the rear - yes this breaks up the space and helps with separation yet the living area itself was long and narrow - this could be a challenge to furnish (yet is not a difficult problem to overcome). Could be a good stepping-stone option for a young family wanting to enter the Hawthorn area and live comfortably for the short-to-mid-term."

"Lot to like about this home except it has no car park that is easily accessible. Everything else I like about this home and for a little period double fronter it works for me. The feel is good - unusual courtyard I like position is good without being Hawthorn's best. If you're a family who needs a car keep looking, anybody else have a think about it. "
