"Views without the Beach Road address - sounds good.  Definitely in need of a bulldoze and re-build though. Positioned in the court, behind a large Beach Road property, you do get a view, but it is limited, given the small street frontage to the property. The fact that you're not on Beach Road is a real positive, as traffic noise should be reduced and there is easier access in and out of the property. The flats to the north could be an issue for some."
