"Hampton's Golden Triangle - Beach - Railway and Shops and Gordon Street is one the best streets in the area. No 9 proposition is one of a basic cute home that maybe a home for a short while or most likely it's a knockdown (STCA) and complete rebuild for a smaller family. I like the garden and the rear northerly aspect and while the land size is not huge; because the area has such a wide range of sizes it's also hard to say its small. A good test of land value in the area in 2010."
