"This is a substantial property of 920m2 in a quality street, with quality bones however it has limitations. Design wise for a house in this position and structural base it suffers badly from renovations that by today's standard are poor. The kitchen and family room are contemporary and open and would only need minor cosmetic work, the original stairs have been removed and their replacement looks under sized, the windows and and sill's need attention, bathroom and bedrooms are all in the right places but need upgrading. Don't get me wrong I like way the house sits on the block and its more than livable, its just that a some time now or in the future a good architec could turn this house in a beauty matching those surrounding it. "
