Comments on 9 Cross Street CANTERBURY

Solid 1930's home in good order which is ripe for renovation and extension. Block is good, although south facing and not overly wide, it is deep and the hill position accentuates street presence of the façade. Being within a casual walk to Maling Road is a huge plus and will underpin value, making any blood, sweat and tears coming at the cost of renovation all worthwhile as time goes on.  Rated for Land Only, as most would acknowledge there is work ahead.
