"Good street presence and secure rear car-parking here. The bathroom is small (no ensuite) and some may desire a larger living area to the rear. The southern aspect to the rear yard is not ideal in terms of natural light into the rear yard and kitchen. This house would be well suited to a professional couple, young or old."
