BUYER TESTIMONIAL

Thanks for your help in the negotiations and keeping the price at a level we believe is appropriate for our circumstances. Thank you for the lovely bouquet of flowers that awaited me this evening - they were a very pleasant 'welcome home'. We have 2 parents/parents-in-law who are extremely excited about the purchase and upcoming relocation, so much so that they made 2 tr...

Mal 's Comments on 9 Alfred Street, KEW
"Land Only according to brochure and north facing. With across the road selling off market for reportedly north of $4m and not a lot in the house value then this has got to start at $3.3m ish and go north young man; especially if our Chinese friends are back from holidays. Popular opinion says the house will be knocked down  - currently its a period repro. Speaking of homes - check out next door to No 9 - nobody would say that No 7 is not different. This land is a real tester for the 2010 market as this is prime Sackville precinct Kew.   "

As it turned out the crowd was mostly neighbours with only two bidders placing one bid each. Richard Earle of Jellis Craig opened the bidding with a vendor bid of $3,000,000 and put on an excellent show trying to get a further bid of 25k - fi...

Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
