"I have always admired this property and it doesn't disappoint. Grand and elegant and over 100 years old this home functions extremely well for the modern family. 85 St Vincent Place will be standing long after we have left this earth. The home has been renovated twice in the last 23 years and all I would do is a cosmetic make over in the kitchen and bathrooms. You could expect a home of this size to feel impersonal, instead the rooms are intimate and cosy and it has an atmosphere of a much loved family home."
