"The rose coloured glasses came on pretty quick when I viewed this home - it really does work and it has atmosphere and sea breezes and sea smells and its an alive home. The CBUS wiring will impress some and will me one day if I can ever understand it; but that's not what did it for me in this home. I liked the views, the flow, the upstairs light and the downstairs bedroom cosiness - the easy car access - the works. Yes it maybe a living room short if you have 3 kids - if you don't then use the studio as your second living area. Yes it has some road noise, but if you want to see to cruise ships uninterrupted from Elwood you need accept some noise. It's a family home - not small kids - the floorplan doesn't work for them but say early teens and above it does. But who needs kids - if your fit downsizers then this will have a lot of appeal and if you a young or no kids couple.... - if I could have had a house like this pre kids I may have considered the gay life - but I digress. This is a ripper home and if you look at the 4 or so similar homes next to it on this part of the Parade then if this works this may just be the start. Worth a look even if your not buying."
