"Certainly has WOW. Detail to original period features at the front of the house and a classic facade, lead to a very modern and functional kitchen/family room.
Clerestry windows to three sides in the family room provide an abundance of light.
Parent's need not venture downstairs - unless to eat! Something I'm sure teenage children would also love!
Issue here - Hampton Street. Busy road, carrying regular heavy traffic. Noise could also be a problem if a family of light sleepers.
Appeal here, whilst compromising on the street location, is the already done family home. And the question you need to ask yourself - is this an emotional buy or a financial buy?"
