Beautiful Gascoigne Street - beautiful home with north rear, flat, wide and good land size. 

From the entrance to the rear it works for me - as does upstairs. 

Good family and entertaining home - really well presented. 

Is it a classic? maybe not. Is it an answer to many family’s needs? Definitely yes. 

I remember last time it went to auction - a real bunfight - this time, even in a quieter market will be no different.
