"This grand home requires some major updating but sitting on Clendon Road just near Toorak Road, any investment would be worthwhile. There are not many north facing blocks of this size ( close to 1300 square metres) where you could either extensively renovate or start again. The current house makes the most of the north facing aspect by being positioned at the southern end of the block, thereby maximizing the northern space - where the pool is currently located.Internally most of the rooms would require updating - although the flow is not too bad."
