Neat single -fronted Victorian brick home, which has cute street appeal and is something you would expect to come across in Fitzroy, rather than Balwyn. This home has a tremendous feel and a free-flowing floor plan, which has good bedroom separation and a spacious rear open plan living area, that connects nicely to a timber deck. Position is good - close to Whitehorse Rd village / tramline and John August Reserve. Would suit best probably a downsizing couple, (only concern I could see could be the internal steps), this should attract strong interest.
