"One of my favourite block of apartments in one of the best streets in Brighton with some of the best bay views. It's a little compact but the view is simply incredible. Lifts and cars were not thought of when this beauty was designed and built so its not for everybody but this is truly a very special apartment block. Recommended to any million dollar apartment buyer to at least have a look at. Oh and did I mention that this is simply one of the best views to wake up to or go to sleep by. Great for fit singles couples. If I could give this a James Q Score of 999 I would but that would be the emotion in me taking over. The view is emotional."
