This is a good new-build modern home, which fits this area well. The floorplan is hard to fault and it has been well fitted-out internally. Perhaps for some it could lack ensuites to the first floor. The land is good and well-orientated to the rear to take advantage of distant views and the north sun. Questions marks for some could be the road noise at times from the Eastern Freeway, as well as future building work next door and in the immediate area.
