Tucked away in a cul-de-sac, this is a spacious townhouse that would benefit from some upgrading. One of the first things you notice on turning into Sunnyside Avenue is that it looks more like the entrance to an exclusive golf club than a residential street. Inside, the general sense of space is very good, and the layout is for the most part acceptable. However, at over ten years old now this home does require improvement in some areas. To some people it mightn’t be an issue, but for those who are pickier the fact that the master bedroom lacks a true ensuite, and the one bathroom that is there desperately needs more cupboard space, will be a concern. The home’s close proximity to parkland, such as Hurlingham Park, is also be worth taking into consideration.
