BUYER TESTIMONIAL
We could not have bought our home in Melbourne, particularly from a distance, without Mal's help. The advantage of having your 'eyes open and ears to the ground' on our behalf, was a real bonus in a process made a great deal less complex than if we had not had access to your local knowledge, contacts and research resources. We achieved a very goo...

Adam 's Comments on 8 Moorhouse Street, CAMBERWELL
"Great Camberwell street / cul-de-sac, close to the junction. Railway line not far away here but this should not pose too many noise issues. Rear car access is possible yet this would likely be only used occasionally as the laneway width is long and somewhat narrow - most would park cars off the street albeut uncovered, at the front of the house.. Facade presents not too badly to the street and the original building bones are good, yet the flow internally is not great andf the layout overall not functional - yet would be livable in the short term. A wing off the back looks the way to go, but this would be better sited along the southern boundary (rather than where it is presently). If done right the end product in time would return the intial investment and be worth the hard work.
Rated as land only here as most people would see major work ahead here."

Explanations & Disclaimers
Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
