"This house has a lot going for it. Position, prescence and a good architect. To make it a great house probably requires someone with a lot of imagination and flair to bring some more natural light to the interior. Despite its elevated position it is currently is short of natural light. A lot of heavy woodwork and solid colours only adds to this heavy atmosphere, but if the interior matched the flair of the exterior - especially the pool and gardens you would have a great home and a very solid investment."
