"A home that has past it's time however owing to its wonderful position will probably be bought by a new home buyer. The neighbours, access to schools and land size make this Scotch Hill property one that would be hard to overcapitalise on, however street width and therefore street presence is an issue. This end of the street is not affected by freeway noise. Would be surprised if this did not have multiple buyers, of course assumming the owners were prepared to meet the market. I have rated this as land only."
