"Signature Scotch Hill address and this property has a lucky street address number (for some) and is located at the preferred end. Although house is livable, most would see it as dated and the true value of this property lies in the land itself - it has been rated for 'land only' accordingly. Key pluses: at more than 1000m2, land is good size and relatively flat, and the rear backyard is somewhat private and enjoys direct access to preferred afternoon sun. The main concern here is the block width: at around 15m - or 50 feet in imperial measurement - it is quite narrow and this will limit to some degree new building work/design options. All-in-all, a good property that should attract good competition at the right buying levels.
