"Berwick is not Brightons best street but not sure why as its very well located and No 8, lucky for some looks good against other homes in the street. Entering you get the feeling this is a high quality build. Has an almost downstairs bedroom and ensuite as you walk through to a very light north dominated rear living and meals area. All fixtures and fittings throughout are of top quality. Upstairs I like the layout, with a good Master setup and quality bedroom and bathroom set up. This a good couples or smaller family home. Worth a look."
