Relatively basic property with common rooms downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The bathroom has been renovated well and the rest of the house is in average to good condition. Ordinary floor plan as the bedrooms and bathroom are on different levels and to get from one to the other you have to go through the living room and the kitchen. South Facing rear and no onsite car parking. Good inner city location.
