Huge numbers on offer today with another 2 big auction weeks to follow before Christmas wind-down. A lot were bought, but the sheer weight of supply took its toll with Bidderman at a lowish 1.8 overall – consequently clearance rates were down. Strong underlying demand remains, especially on the goodies BUT there are buying opportunities now being presented.

"Large house with very little rear yard. Floorplan is a little unusual and may not suit everyone. Design is modern, though, and the house is in a good hill position, close to sporting parklands. Lacks a larger open-plan living area to the rear. This may not be a problem for an older family."
