Comments on 75 Victoria Road NORTHCOTE

75 Victoria Rd is an interesting home, where every corner you turn reveals something a little bit different. But firstly, let's get the not-so-positives out of the way. Victoria Road is busy, the property itself has lots of stairs and the ceiling in the main bedroom is low, which is a shame because it is such a lovely big room. But I imagine buyers for this home may well overlook these issues, because there is otherwise such a lot to like. The outdoor area is brilliant, and despite the pool, there is still good space in the backyard, with direct access to the park from the rear a big bonus. The home offers good accommodation for probably a family with older kids, perhaps not late teens, but definitely not a very young family due to the separation between the main and children's bedrooms. Another aspect of the home I really like is the flexibility it offers in terms of living spaces. We know there are compromises in every home buyers look at - and the main issue here is the busy-ness of the road. But once inside, it becomes a distant memory as the property takes hold of your imagination.
