"Located in one of the best streets in Middle Park, this is fine example of Edwardian architecture which has been extensively renovated. The floor plan is a flexible one with good bedroom separation to the main living/dining room. To improve accommodation a second level has been added which then connects via a deck to a studio on top of a large garage. This studio would work well as a home office, teenager retreat or guest accommodation. Considerable thought and detail has gone into this property. What may not be to every ones liking is the alfresco entertaining deck which restricts light into  the ground level garden and master bedroom below. To my way of thinking if aspects of the design had been simplified the property may have more appear across a broader range of buyers. You are just moments from the beach, park lands, shops, cafes, public transport and schools, all which will add to this properties appeal."
