Comments on 73 Bowen Street CAMBERWELL

Modern period reproduction stlye home which has been well-built and offers good accommodation and lifestyle options for a modern family.

For those who like the style – this will be hard to fault.

Position is a convenient one – close to Camberwell Junction and within key school zones, yet Bowen Street does carry through traffic and accommodates a bus route which is not ideal.

With a recent property in Nevis Street selling for over $3.1m should give buyers some comfort. This is better (for mine) and it should have good interest at $3m and above – how far above is too much and how will this home look in ten year’s time, are key questions.
