The property does have rear access and onsite carparking however if you parked to the rear you would have minimal, if any, outdoor space. Located opposite Northcote train station the dwelling is affected by train noise - which is of concern to some renters and potential purchasers. Moments from High street Northcote it is walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants & bars. Suitable for investors or first home buyers.     "
