Comments on 72 Brinsley Road CAMBERWELL

72 Brinsley is a compact, single-level updated period home which is ready to live in. The house sits up nicely from the street and the facade is an inviting and pretty one. However, the multi-level flats to the northern side will raise question marks. Once inside the property, and even in the (smallish) backyard, the flats do not overly impact in terms of privacy, but they could compromise access to natural light at certain times of the year. The rear car garaging is very easy to access via Palmerston Street, which is a plus. The floorplan flows quite well, although the master bedroom does lack an ensuite and WIR area. According to the selling agent, the vendor has a solution for this that looks to be a good one (STCA of course). The position so close to Camberwell Junction will be an appealing selling point to buyers, and historically this street has attracted good buyer interest. This would probably best suit a downsizing couple or a young couple without kids.
