Osborne St is a strong-looking terrace with lovely high ceilings, big living spaces, a good facade, a balcony off the main bedroom and a real parking option. It is right in the middle of the Toorak, Punt, Chapel and Malvern block, making it very close to great shopping, transport and entertainment options. Amongst the negatives are the typical light problems that terrace homes have, as well as the long walk to the bathroom from the bedrooms. There are lots of positives though: the formal rooms are very nice with their open fireplaces, the kitchen is well-equipped with nice views to the courtyard and the entrance hall is welcoming. This is a stylish property.
