"The decor will not be to everyone's fashion or style but you cannot question the position, size and views of this grand penthouse on Lansell Road. With close to 400 square metres of living space on the entry floor and 450 square metres of rooftop terrace you have an residence larger than most houses and with views to impress everyone.
The decor is best described as "contempory art deco" and is of the highest quality - although some may want to tone down the colour scheme. Entertaining space is particuarly generous and impressive although with only two bedrooms, this is not a house for a large family. There are approved plans for additional bedrooms upstairs which addresses this issue. With a six car garage and lift there is plenty of scope for increasing the living capacity of this apartment but it would be disappointing if all the glamour was lost."
