"Basic period offering for the area with good rear yard on an average block size. North facing rear brings in the light balanced against road noise from freeway. Bedrooms are not the biggest and it has a bit of feeling of pokiness but overall wet areas are in right spots and if the price is right then good entry point to Hawthorn/Hawthorn East."
