"The part of Toorak just off St Georges in quiet secluded Teringa Court. It's a new build site for most with a great street frontage.  This then leaves an issue in house layout as depth of block is then not that great bearing in mind this is an 860 sq metre package. North facing rear is a positive, so no light issues. The final question if your architect can work thru the issues is it $4000, $6000, $8000 or a different figure per sq metre. James Redfern who is managing this sale is a quality agent for the seller."
