"This is a very well presented package -three bedrooms with two of them having an ensuite bathroom - one upstairs and one downstairs. A spacious family and dining area opening to a deck (overlooking a small pool) which can also double as a dining area. Presentation is first class. Would appeal to many groups - young couple (with or without kids), older couple - downstairs bedroom or a couple with a teeenager, who could be given right of passage to the upstairs retreat."

"Modern period house, great position and north facing rear the main pluses. Felt that this house either lacked a bedroom upstairs or downstairs though. Position of the very blue bathroom on the first floor was a little strange, not sure why this could not have direct access to the bedroom. Most will like the open plan area to the rear - this works well and would suit most families. The facade is Ok but is perhaps compromised a little by the garage, which does dominate.   "
