Tranquility. For me this is what the property is all about. On approach the Georgian brick façade seduces you and I was thinking that it is nice to see a home where you cannot see the garage from the street. Internally the finishes are little dated in places and the rooms overall not huge, but walking through this home such issues are soon forgotten. One little tweak I thought of was reclaiming the bathroom area downstairs to make way for more living/dining area. The outlook from the kitchen and living areas on to the private backyard are special. This has a Toorak home feel, which is classy and timeless and being so close to a multitude of private schools, this will be very popular with buyers and rightly so. Would expect a real fight over this one, come auction day.
