This is a beautiful home - a true entertainers home - yes a true Brighton home.

Very well located and very well presented -  I like it a lot for what it is

Excellent flow, light and proportions, indoor and outdoor connection.

The living areas are alive and really work and all work well around a central(ish) kitchen.

Finishes are very good - floors upstairs feel ok without being solid as may not be a slab (STBI).

Upstairs is as good as downstairs and the void keeps a family of teenagers connected with downstairs - rather than away all by themselves, in their worlds.

The lift makes it a real long term possibility from young kids to retirement.

Good garaging.

If I had to be picky - at the asking price - I would want a little more land and being real picky it needs to be a lower asking price - despite its brilliance this is a $6m home.
