This brand new townhouse is not overly exciting, but it does provide a practical floor plan in a popular bayside location. The property is conveniently located to the beach, Bay Street and Victoria Avenue shops. One concern here will be the traffic noise generated from Pickles Street - while it wasn’t obvious from inside the property it was clearly audible from the balconies. The property could work for a couple or as a small family home. With so many floors it is unlikely to appeal to downsizers, however. The difficulty here will be determining price. There has been considerable variation between townhouses in this development. Get it right and you could pay considerably less than some previous sales – get it wrong and you may pay well above the market.
