"This home is well positioned to access Bayside's offerings.  Easy access via tram to the city, walk to Tennyson St shops, beach down the road and a short walk to Elsternwick Park.  It has a very appealing facade.  Floor plan is not ideal for those with younger children.  Only two bedrooms within the main house, one being the main, the other off the kitchen.  The only bath is in the bathroom attached to the bedroom office, which is accessed via the undercover deck area.  You cannot see the rear garden from the living or lounge rooms.  Main bedroom and ensuite is good and plenty of robe space, however, quite tight in between the cupboards.  Some may consider re-doing the back, or perhaps going up to improve floorplan."
