"Signature Canterbury address and yet this is a fairly standard block for the precinct, the site is flat enjoying western rear orientation and good separation to the north - ideal for access to natural sun. Most would see this as land only (has been rated this way) and the home is dated. That said one could easily rent this out or live here in the short-to-mid term, while working out what to do. Like most properties, this is all about price and supply-and-demand in the current market.  "
