Located in one of the area’s better street, this double fronted Victorian home with rear car access has excellent street appeal. On entering the property some will be impressed with the many original period details of the front rooms and the modern feel of the kitchen and family room to the rear. This property is liveable as is, however you may consider renovating the property to improve its floor plan flexibility. The lack of a discernible master bedroom (despite one bedroom having and ensuite) and the limited size of the family room are areas that may concern you. Great location only minutes to Chapel Street, Toorak Road, schools and the Yarra River and with some general upgrading and floor plan modifications – a good long term family home with flexibility.
