Adam's Comments on 68 Stawell Street, RICHMOND
"This is a smartly renovated double-fronted Victorian cottage. Concerns would be that the street is average at best for Richmond and there are question marks on the future of the property to the western boundary (currently vacant land - there is a chance that this could be multi-level townhouses down the track). Design of house is very functional and it does provide good living separation. The standard of finishes is high and this house certainly will appeal to many, as all the hard work has been done. Another real plus is the off-street parking to the front - that will help underpin the value of this property."

Explanations & Disclaimers
Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, in fact we buy around 80 per year in the $1M-$5M range, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
