"An original period home which has been tinkered with in the past and is probably due for more work again. Floor plan flow is little tricky - central bathroom does not help with this and relationship of the  family and sitting room at the front is awkward. Rear open plan living area is tight, and the master bedroom is weak, not having an ensuite. Of course these issues could be addressed with a fairly straightforward renovation - yet changes are likely to be subject to council approval as this property is located within a heritage overlay. Main pluses for me were the rear orientation (north is ideal for access to natural light into backyard and rear informal living areas) and recent history shows that this precinct is very popular with buyers.  "
