Comments on 67 Park Road GLEN IRIS

This is a pretty, single-level period home that will appeal to younger families and couples looking to move straight in and avoid carrying out any work. With a renovation to the rear that works quite well and links nicely to the backyard, it has a pleasant sanctuary feel. The decent-sized pool is also placed well; it doesn’t dominate the yard, and is securely fenced off. The main concerns here, in my opinion, might be freeway noise and the smallish front bedrooms (although these will probably be fine for toddlers). The main bedroom, by contrast, is an excellent size and nicely separated from the rest of the house. This will be a serious option for many buyers, and I would be surprised if it didn’t attract multiple bidders come auction day.
