"This is a very nice family home in one of my favourite areas of Melbourne. Could do with some updating, but its position, orientation and neighbours ensure that the home rates very strongly. Some strong results in the area, most recently at 77 Kerferd, selling well in excess of $3million. This is the sort of property that could sell well above its quoted price, but it is in a market segment that is experiencing a lot of pass ins and negotiations."
