This property has something of a country farmhouse feel, but with a modern flavour. Coming off the Central Park gardens, it has a feeling of sanctuary. The home itself is big, modern and all on one level, with good bedroom separation. Unusually the kitchen has its own wing, which brings in light but also separates you from the action - a plus and perhaps also a minus. With its south-facing rear I thought there may have been light issues, but this has been avoided by having lots of windows. A lack of garaging is its only real weakness. I like this Gascoigne home a lot. This is its second campaign in recent times
