"65 Finch is a surprise packet - from the street it doesn't look as much as what it is. Once you step inside you see this home has a lot to offer for the medium sized home buyer. Starting with the bedrooms - master is high quality and with adjoining study it is a real plus in terms of it's position - downstairs and away from children (if you so choose). Moving to the rear through high quality spaces you come to a light - open - well finished and reasonably large indoor/outdoor living space with a well appointed kitchen. Outside, the yard while not huge, works and the pool is functional and well positioned so as not to dominate. Upstairs is 4 bedrooms and normally I don't like ceilings that are affected by roof angles however in the case of 65 they work ok. Blokes no garage and no likelihood of one but with some quick garden changes you could increase off street parking from one to two quite easily. But there is a payback for no garage guys, a whopping great cellar is midships and when time calls for that break from family life (and don't we need that at times) you too have a retreat. I like 65 Finch."
