"A well renovated period home that has genuine WOW factor and a functional floor plan, located in one of the areas better streets. No expense has been spared here with every element of the property oozing style and sophistication, including the lap pool and garage beyond. Given the property has four bedrooms "is this a family home" to my way of thinking probably not due to the lack of a second living area and any real usable back yard. This property may suit a family with very young children, a professional couple or a downsizer looking for extra accommodation. The properties prized northerly orientation, proximity to Bay Street shops and cafes, the beach and the CBD will surely appeal to many.    "
